We at Brookhaven Christian Church strive to live as Jesus has taught us: to be open to all who enter our doors, and welcoming to any who would join with us in fellowship, worship and service. No matter what your denominational background, no matter where you are in your faith journey, you are welcome in this place. While we may have differing opinions about certain aspects of the faith, it is our faith that indeed holds us together.

Join with us as we make real the words of Thomas Campbell: “In the essentials of the faith, we seek unity; in the non-essentials of the faith, we promote liberty; in all things, let us act in love.

We extend our love and best wishes to Rev. Brad Miller as he begins his work in Indiana.

We are thrilled and delighted to announce that Dr. Ray Miles, former Regional Minster, will be joining us as Transitional Minister through August.

Disciplines That Make Disciples


For a number of years now I have been carrying an idea for this sermon series.   Each week will look at a specific spiritual Discipline that, if practiced, will increase a person’s spiritual health and vigor and make that person a better disciple of Jesus Christ. 

Continuing though June, we will look at Prayer, Bible Reading, Service, Stewardship, Fasting and Worship as ways to become better disciples.
